Our chef’s selection of hot & cold hors d’oeuvres will include:  Shrimp Cocktail, Bruschetta, Italian Antipasto Platter, Vegetable Cruditee with Dip, Stuffed Mushrooms, Clams Oreganata, Assorted cheese Platter, Coconut Chicken, Fried Calamari, Swedish Meatballs, Cavatelli with Sausage and Broccoli Rabbe.

Prime Rib – Oven roasted slowly to perfection with a shallot Au Jus Lie
